WHITE HOUSE (AP) - The preparations are under way for a presidential, but private event in Texas this weekend.
President Bush's daughter Jenna is getting married at the family ranch in Crawford.
President Bush, today, revealed a few details. He says the ceremony will take place outdoors near a lake and that a giant limestone cross will serve as the altar.
The mother-of-the-bride says with the Texas wildflowers in bloom, she's sure it will be "lovely," just like their daughter.
First lady Laura Bush says she would've liked a White House wedding, but that Jenna chose a less formal atmosphere.
About 200 friends and relatives are invited and the bride has 14 attendants.
Her twin sister Barbara is the maid of honor.
Jenna becomes the 22nd presidential child to marry during the father's term in office, and the first since Richard Nixon's daughter, Trisha.
Bush's fiance, Henry Hager, is the son of the head of Virginia's Republican Party.
