A Popular Nursery is Closing Due to Eminent Domain

After more than two decades in business, a popular nursery is closing for a planned ramp to Interstate 495.

The Northland Farm and Garden Center sits just off 495, and just down the street from the Wrentham Outlets, but soon the state will acquire the 115 acres through eminent domain to build a new highway ramp.

The new ramp is expected to ease traffic in the area.

I thnk it wrong for the government to just go in a take someones land. If they want it they should buy it and then find a suitable place and help them relocate. If they want to close a business why not the mall? We have too many freeways and not enough small business's in the USA thanks June
