They do a lot of talking at WSAR, but a former employee claims that behind closed doors, it was talk unfit for a workplace.
Keri Rodrigues, once a radio personality and program director at the radio station, has filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. She is claiming that she was subjected to a hostile work environment and that radio personality Michael Herren physically and verbally intimidated her.
According to Rodrigues, she was a victim of 2 1/2 years of abuse by Herren and she says station management knew, and failed to put an end to it.
Herren denies the allegations and says that Rodriques was actually the problem.
But Rodrigues says the situation became so overbearing that she resigned at the beginning of August and moved away from the area because she's afraid for her safety. She claims her tires were slashed and that she received threatening notes and voice mails.
ABC 6 reporter Coleen Harry has more on this battle of he said, she said at WSAR...
