A 74-year-old blind woman was shocked when her daughter found a letter from the city saying a lien would be placed on her home unless she paid an overdue water bill. The amount? 1 cent. ABC 6 has the full story...

I cant belive what i am hearing , The City Collector would do such a thing to a 74 year old lady i think it stinks of being selfish of the whole thing like the public water people are not making enough money but yet they will go after a poor old little lady over a 1 cent penny now thats what being selfish and being ridiculous and all it comes out too 48 dallors,I think the Water people should let it fly by they make millions and they are worried about a 1 cent overdue bill that comes out too 48
