Associated Press

ORLEANS, Mass. (AP) - Authorities on Cape Cod say a man has died
after being struck by lightning while on a boat.

Police and fire officials told The Cape Cod Times that the

The man's name was not immediately released.

Fire Chief William Quinn told WHDH-TV the storm came on very
suddenly and may have caught boaters by surprise.
