BOSTON POLICE: Suspect Stabbed Doctor at Psych. Ward, Shot By Guard

BOSTON (AP) - Police say a man stabbed a doctor while being treated at a psychiatric ward at a Boston medical building and was fatally shot by security guard who saw the attack.

The attack took place Tuesday afternoon at a high-rise building affiliated with Massachusetts General hospital.

The doctor, whose name was not released, was in stable condition. Police say the suspect died of gunshot wounds.
