Pawtucket Man Allegedly Steals Goat from Seekonk Yard, Flees on Bicycle

Police in Seekonk say they have a bicycle-riding bandit on their hands.  But the interesting thing about this story is that the loot the Pawtucket man allegedly grabbed, was a live goat!

Nat with what you said about your friend, he should run for office in the state he would fit right in. Next having a mental illness does not mean he should not be accountable for his behavior what it means is he has to control his impulses. Next you do not know what you are talking about is he mentally challenged as in low IQ or does he have a thought disorder as in mental illness. Since it appears you don't know or can't tell the difference it is advisable you stay out of it.

Typical New England ethics! He stole a goat for collateral? So you have 2 unethical pieces of trash arguing over payment for services provided. I hope the police bring charges against both of these lowlifes. The one from Pawtucket. I would put money is an illegal alien the other probaly has had charges brought against him in the past. The one who tried to rip off the possible illegal should be proscuted for violating his rights. The possible illegal send home and owe the US his travel cost.
