Not only should Frank step down but so should Kennedy,Reed and the rest that voted for the bailout be voted out of office. These clowns voted for this bailout with extra pork as follows. They are using our taxes to give relief tax relief to the film industry-wooden arrow mfgs.-imported rum dealers-race track owners-wool research etc.etc. Are these politians crazy???

Our pensions are disappearing and Barney Frank is playing the race card. No one is accusing minorities Mr. Frank. They are accusing you and your liberal buddies. You should resign from Congress immediately. And what about Chris Dodd and his sweetheart loan from County Wide. He should go to jail. Also, today HUD said that five million fraudulent loans went to illegal aliens.

O'Reilly is a sick person and completely out of control with Barney Frank. He sets s poor example to the young adults in the audience. Shame on you and don't blame the Irish

Although I do agree with O'Reilly Frank is not a good leader, why do only a few people talk about the Main St Americans that are defaulting on their mortgages? It's simple it is not a good political move for any politician to say the result of some of this mess is people that wanted to try to buy something they could not afford and that they carry some of the responsibility. I don't want everything in life run by the government, therefore some things in life are my responsibility.

Rick Attleboro Frank is an absolute fool and although O'Reily is not the poster child for independent news, he was at least right on this issue.

All your questions were answered in one vote. The people in this country said ((NO)) to the bailout and what did we get a passing of the bailout. No one in washington gives a dam what we say they will do what they want with our money regardless of what you think or what you say Stop falling in love with talking points. Remember they said our social security was drying up to not theres ours, maybe now you know why. If you don't like these people stop voting them back in every year smartin -up R.I

Barney had it right. O'Reilly shows exactly how big a looser he and Fox are. This entire financial mess is because of changes slipped into the Dec 2000 appropriations bill by John McCain’s former economic adviser (now an unofficial adviser) ex-Tx Senator Phil Gramm. Gramm slipped a 262-page amendment into the appropriations bill that forbade federal agencies to regulate the financial derivatives that allowed passing along risky mortgage-backed securities to investors.

none of the people in charge are taking blame for anything as usual. As the people of the United States we are all of their bosses. May be we should fire them all and hire competant workers. Someone as asleep at the wheel or maybe just closing their eyes to what was going on. sonya is correct every itme should made public. The politians should start work ing for the citizens of the United States instead of themselves and big corporations. We should say we have had enough

Forget about having him step down, after what the US congress just did to us, ALL of us, they should be put up against a wall with a cigarette and a blindfold! But the absolute WORST part of this disaster is that these fools will, without exception, be re-elected again and again and we will have to go through ALL this again. This is how countries fail and how revolutions start. Where is the spirit of those that founded this country, where is that courage now when we need it most?

Mr Frank favored no oversight of Freddie and Fannie and now blaims others for their failure. This is fact.

Bill, I would love to sign a petition to get Mr. Frank OUT!! He should have been gone a long time ago, along with Nany Pelosi. If only we could... Furthermore, "our leaders" are now trying to do to us what they claim Pres. Bush did when going into Iraq. He was misled by his advisors. WE are being misled by the nuts who actually wrote the bailout. "Rotten" Pork will kill us all.

When one reads stuff that any "journalist" from FOX news writes, said or commented on, one needs to judge the source. Bill is about as knowledgable about the facts as Sarah Palin is. So what he says should be taken for a grain of salt. He is a HATER of the truth and should be ignored. want someone to blame for the current financial crisis? Look no further than the current administration and the oundits that continue to play that sad music as the ship they are all on sinks into the abyss!

When is someone with substantial clout going to disclose the 'pork' items that are hidden in this over the top bail out? Discloser of every item should be mandatory to the voting public who always foot the bill for these hidden agendas running rampant to a selected few. sonja kenyon/charlestown
