Tokens can be credited toward a Rhode Island E-ZPass account (we cannot credit out of state accounts) or the RITBA will send a check in the mail. Tokens can be redeemed at the following locations:

RITBA Administration Building, 1 East Shore Road, Jamestown, RI (adjacent to the toll plaza)
Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm

E-ZPass Office 1 East Shore Road, Jamestown, RI (located adjacent to the RITBA office)
Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturdays 8am to 2pm
