Celtics lose second straight

Ken Bell

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Danny Granger scored 29 points and Dahntay
Jones added a season-high 25, helping the Pacers defeat the Boston
Celtics 113-104 on Saturday night.
Granger was 6 of 9 on 3-pointers, had six rebounds and four
assists after promising Wednesday night that the Pacers (4-3) would
win their fourth straight.
Boston (8-3) was led by Ray Allen, who had a season-high 24 but
lost its second straight.
Paul Pierce started the game after bruising his knee in Friday
night's loss but struggled. He had 15 points, was 4 of 10 from the
field and missed two big free throws in the closing minutes.
Indiana broke open the game with a decisive 19-8 fourth-quarter
run that gave the Pacers a 107-96 lead.
