RHP Carrasco hit on back of leg by liner

AP

BOSTON (AP) - Cleveland starter Carlos Carrasco left Thursday
night's game against the Red Sox in the fourth inning after getting
hit on the back of the right leg by Jacoby Ellsbury's line drive.

Carrasco, acquired from Philadelphia in a five-player deal that
included left-hander Cliff Lee on July 29, hobbled a few steps
after getting hit before going to the ground behind the mound.

Manager Eric Wedge and a pair of trainers came to his aid before
he was helped off the field. He was replaced by right-hander Jensen
Lewis.

It was Carrasco's fifth major league start.
