PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Providence is unveiling a new summer program for at-risk youth.
Mayor Angel Taveras plans to discuss the program called "Night Vision" on Tuesday at the Madeline Rogers-Selim Rogers Recreation Center.
The effort is a partnership between police, the Department of Parks and Recreation, and Providence College.
The program combines athletics, tutoring, team building and community service in a supervised, safe environment.
