(AP) - A University of Kentucky cheerleader who suffered multiple injuries in a 44-foot fall in his home state of Rhode Island has been released from the hospital.
The cheerleader's father, Hugh Smith, says his son, Dylan, fell while teaching a gymnastics class. According to the Lexington Herald-Leader in Kentucky, Hugh Smith says his son landed against a fourth- or fifth-floor door that had been nailed shut but gave way.
