
Beef tenderloin
8 oz beef tenderloin
marinate with:
1 tbsp of meat tenderizer
1 tps. of olive oil
1tps. of balsamac vinegar
1tps of pepper
1tps of salt
add to the meat at least 3 hrs. before grilling
garlic butter
3 tbsp of unsalted butter
1tbs of chopped basil
1tbs of chopped parsley
1 tbsp of red pepper
1tps. of digon mustard
mix all well and refrigerate grill meat 5-6 min each side
remove from grill top off with the garlic butter 1-2 tbsp and serve
