3 cups mashed, cooked sweet potatos (canned is okay)

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 stick butter (can use less is cutting down fat)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup milk

 

Combine ingredients, pour in greased casserole.

Mix:

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1/2 stick butter

1 cup chopped pecans

 

Spread nut mixture on top of sweet potato mixture. bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Serves 8
