A local prank has turned into a Youtube sensation. Frosty's evil twin, Freaky the Snowman, scares unsuspecting people in Providence.

Ripfilms channel puts on the sidewalk attraction. While it's taken to the liking of millions, it's apparently not a huge hit with Providence Police.

Lt. Ryan told Freaky to stop surprising people, that it's a safety concern and that he had been getting complaints.
