(Providence) Classical HS Senior track star Joe Velez is looking to make a big impression this weekend at the Rhode Island State Track Meet. Velez (Class of '12) hopes to break the 25-pound state weight throw record, at 81.8 feet. He currently holds the national record at 76.11.25' this season.
