Accused Killer Jason Pleau turned over to the Feds

Accused killer Jason Pleau pleaded not guilty in federal court this afternoon to charges he killed a man during a botched robbery in 2010.

His case has been on hold for almost a year because Governor Chafee refused to turn Pleau over to the feds where he could face the death penalty.

The governor plans to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
