Providence police need your help - ABC6 - Providence, RI and New Bedford, MA News, Weather

The Providence Police Department is asking for the publics help in identifying this man. He was struck by a car on Sunday around 3am at Service Rd. #7. The man did not have any I.D. on him and is currently not responsive at Rhode Island Hospital.

He has a tattoo of a cross and an American eagle on his right shoulder, a tattoo of a palm tree and sunset on his left shoulder, and a tattoo with the initials "E.M.A." on his left forearm.

The driver who struck the man was cited.
