
ABC6 News has confirmed that the Rhode Island State Police along with the FBI, Rhode Island Attorney General's office and the U.S. Attorney have started an investigation into the financial dealings regarding 38 Studios, the video game company Curt Schilling founded.
ABC6 News has also learned that the troubled video gaming company filed for bankruptcy Thursday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.
