A micro-brewery in Westerly is fighting to save its brand name.

The "Grey Sail Brewing Company" filed a federal lawsuit to protect its name from an Oregon brewer.

The Westerly Sun reports that "Full Sail Brewing" called them and told them they had to stop using the grey sail name and logo.

The owners of grey sail are asking a judge to rule that the two brand names can co-exist.
