Here are some of the bills that have passed and are now headed to the governor.
The teen tanning bill. Teens under 18 must have a doctor's note to tan at salons.
The casino bill also passed. Under the measure, Rhode Island would get 18-percent of the revenue from table games, such as poker and blackjack and, 60-percent from the video slots. That's if voters approve table games at the Newport Grand and Twin River Slot Parlors this Fall.
There are also stricter penalties for under-age smoking. Offenders will have to serve 30 hours of community service and attend a tobacco treatment program.
