Intoxicated man in the water in Rehoboth

Massachusetts State Police and Rehoboth police are searching for an intoxicated man on a small boat in the Palmer River, in Rehoboth.

They say the man is wheelchair-bound with a cooler.

Authorities also say he is trying to get to Virginia.

A state police helicopter is available to aid in the search.
