Car collides with school bus, carrying 5 kids - ABC6 - Providence, RI and New Bedford, MA News, Weather

A car collided with a bus carrying 5 kids in Scituate this morning. The accident happened just before 9 a.m. when a car veered into the left side of a small school bus on Route 102.

The five kids and the driver of the bus were checked out by rescue crews and are O.K.

The driver of the car was transported to a local hospital with complaints of injury. The bus was on its way to drop the kids at Clayville Elementary School.

Parents were notified and came to the scene to pick them up.
