Good news for Pell Bridge users

There's good news this weekend for drivers using the "Pell Bridge."

They won't be seeing a toll increase next month. That's because lawmakers recently voted to authorize a toll on the "Sakonnet River Bridge."

That was given the go ahead in a new state budget passed by lawmakers and signed into law by the governor on Friday. Officials said the toll isn't likely to be implemented before 2014.
