A Taunton High School teacher is facing charges accused of sexting three teenagers and having sex with one of them.
Police say 33-year-old Patrick Doyle had sex with a 14-year-old girl at his home on Cherry Hill drive in Seekonk on at least three separate occasions. Prosecutors say Doyle also sent lewd pictures of himself to other teens.
His neighbors are in shock
Ralph Armstrong said, "I totally disbelieve that, he's just a great guy, I just can't believe it."
Doyle has been a social studies teacher at Taunton High School for six years. He was placed on leave earlier this month when an investigation started.
Doyle has pleaded not guilty. He's being held on 100-thousand dollars bail.
