We have a very special appearance today in our ABC 6 studio. We're used to seeing her cheerful self waking us up on ABC 6 news this morning.
Well, Doreen Scanlon is back, after taking some time to deal with a condition she's developed during her pregnancy called Hyperemesis.
Her return was an exciting one here Monday as she was greeted with hugs and smiles from the staff here at ABC 6 who haven't seen her for 3 months.
Doreen is feeling better, glowing and showing, at five and a half months pregnant.
She will be anchoring the Noon show to ease herself back into a working schedule, and will be back on ABC 6 News This Morning as soon as her health allows her to.
