Karl Wadensten , the only EDC board member to vote against the 38 studios deal talks exclusively to ABC6! Wadensten owns Vibco manufacturing in Richmond. He's says the numbers for success did not add up. . He says he did his research before casting his vote, on the video game business. Wadensten says other board members did not pressure him and treated him with respect, Wadensten hopes that Rhode Island can put this behind them once the bankruptcy is over.
