A fire at City View manor in East Providence sent firefighters from three cities and caused residents to be evacuated from the 10th and 11th floors.The fire started on the 10th floor in a vacant apartment around 9 A.M. Smoke could be seen coming from building.Firefighters and emergency crews arrived from East Providence, Providence and Pawtucket They quickly got the blaze under control in 15 minutes. No one was hurt and there's no known cause of the fire. Firefighters say the apartment that caught fire, was being renovated or repaired.
