A former Chariho school committee member is facing trial in connection with a car crash that injured four teens. According to police, teens were drinking in 50-year-old Terri Serra's backyard in October. Four of them got into a car and crashed into a tree in Charlestown.
Serra is also accused of failing to help the teens after the crash. She resigned from the school committee following the incident. Her trial had been scheduled for June, but was postponed to Today.
