Victims in deadly Fall River crash identified

The two people dead after a single-car accident Thursday morning in Fall River have been identified.

Dominic Shaw, 25 of Freetown, and his passenger Kevin Amaral, 27 of Fall River, were killed when the vehicle they were in crashed on Robeson Street and President Avenue.

The crash happened just after 2 a.m.

Police say the crash is under investigation but speed may have been a factor.
