Wally the Green Monster costume stolen, found running down Boston streets

Wally the Green Monster, the Red Sox mascot, was seen wandering the streets of Boston Friday afternoon. But it wasn't for official Red Sox business. Boston Police say the person in the costume stole the costume from inside Fenway Park.

Reports placed Wally on Ipswich Street, Dartmouth Street, Boylston Street, and even on the T.

It turns out, an employee at Fenway Park took the costume and didn't tell the correct supervisor. The employee wasn't arrested, and Wally wasn't hurt.
