FALL RIVER, Mass. - A Fall River man who went missing July 21st has not yet been located, according to Fall River police.
According to police, 23-year-old Joseph Soares was still missing as of Saturday, July 28.
Soares was reported missing by his family after he didn't arrive for work. His family says that he doesn't drive, and normally walks to work.
