People who live along Campbell street in Pawtucket say they have to deal with what comes from the key container corporation, and, they say this stuff gets into everything.
Key container corp is a company that has provided packaging services to companies across New England for more than 40 years.
Neighbors say it's dumped pollution on them for decades.
Robert Fernandes ,who lives across the street for the industrial plant ,says the company needs to make changes.He says,"I'd like to see them change their furnace, and put a gas furnace in". Pawtucket city councilman Albert Vitali says, He's worried about the health of people who live around the plant, Councilman Vitali says he's called in d-e-m to inspect the plant it found no violations.
The councilman who has been in contact with key container officials ...
says he will continue to pressure the company to do something about the soot.
