New Bedford police and the Bristol County DA's office are on scene at 34 Bullard Street where police say the bodies of a 19 year old woman and her infant child were found.
The medical examiners will perform autopsies over the weekend.
The police and DA are currently investigating but say the deaths are not suspicious and there is no threat to the public.
