Former Gov. Mitt Romney (R-MA) is set to announce his VP pick Saturday at 9 a.m. near the U.S.S. Wisconsin in Norfolk, VA. That could mean 3 possibilities: a) U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan, (R-WI), a native Wisconsinite is the pick, trying to win a key swing state; b) It's a military backdrop so CIA Director General David Patraeus is the choice; or c) hey, it's in Virginia so Gov.
