JOHNSTON, R.I. - Johnston police have not yet made any arrests in connection with a felony assault that took place around 2 a.m. Saturday morning.
According to police, the assault happened at 101 Borden Avenue, during a party. Police say the victim was taken to the hospital before they arrived at the home.
The victim, who has not yet been identified by police, is still at Rhode Island hospital and is listed in serious but stable condition with head trauma.
Johnston police say they have several persons of interest for the assault, but they are not yet sure who did it since the attacker fled before police arrived.
