WARWICK, R.I. - Lots of dog lovers attended Saturday's Marvin Memorial Walk, the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals' major annual fundraiser.
About 100 people attended the walk, which provided a forum for pet owners to chat and enjoy the good weather.
The walk is held in honor of a black lab named Marvin, the SPCA's mascot. Even though he passed away several years ago, Marvin helped raise over $250,000 over his lifetime.
ABC6's Steve Cascione emceed the walk, which kicked off at 10 a.m. and ended in the afternoon.
If you would like to see more pictures of the walk, you can check them out on the ABC6 Facebook page.
