Tropical Storm Isaac is getting closer and stronger. It's veering west, away from a direct hit on the sunshine state, but the threat from Isaac has already had an impact on the race for president.

Chief Political Reporter Mark Curtis is in Tampa this week covering the convention and also tracking Isaac. He reports from St. Petersburg, Florida.
