E. Providence woman's death ruled a homicide

East Providence Police have ruled the death of a 50 year old woman whose body was found inside her home on Friday as a homicide.

She has been identified as Michelle Busby of 71 Metacomet Avenue in East Providence.

Police are also seeking help from the public in finding the victim's vehicle and locating a person of interest.

The vehicle is a white 2006 Jeep Commander with last known licene plate number of JP-449.

They are also searching for Busby's boyfriend, Andrew Jett, who is believed to have been living with her.

Anyone with information as to the locations of Jett or the vehicle are asked to call East Providence Police at 401 435-7600.
