CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. - Police say they have arrested three men suspected of dealing narcotics out of Central Falls.
Central Falls police say their Special Investigative Unit (SIU) executed a search warrant at 10-12 Evaleen Street Friday night. During the search, police arrested three Central Falls men for various drug-related charges:
- John Dejesus, 26, of Central Falls, arrested for possession crack cocaine with intent to distribute; maintaining a narcotics nuisance; distribution of controlled substance in or near schools and controlled substance conspiracy.
- Lefty Vargas, 24, of Central Falls, arrested for possession crack cocaine with intent to distribute; maintaining a narcotics nuisance; distribution of controlled substance in or near schools and controlled substance conspiracy.
- Jose Caamano, 23, of Central Falls, arrested for possession crack cocaine with intent to distribute; felony possession of marijuana; distribution of controlled substance in or near schools and controlled substance conspiracy.
Police say the three men were on probation at the time that they were arrested. They are now being held without bail on the new charges.
