The parole of convicted killer Frank Moniz is up for review, and family members of the woman he murdered are rallying against his possible release.

Moniz is serving a life sentence, with the possibility of parole, for the death of Maryellen Medeiros. The 24-year-old was stabbed 52 times in her Pawtucket apartment in 1990. Moniz was denied parole the last time, seven years ago.

Today's demonstration will take place at 8 A.M. outside of the ACI in Cranston.
