Portsmouth was unbeaten coming into its game with Cranston East. The Patriots couldn't protect a 29 to 7 lead as East storms back to win 51 to 47.
Middletown remains unbeaten in Division III, beating Narragansett 48 to 20.
Cumberland remains unbeaten in Division II after a 28 to 9 win over Shea.
Mt. Hope kept Toll Gate winless with a 35 to 6 win in Bristol.
In Division IV, Mt. Pleasant remains unbeaten by beating Exeter-West Greenwich 49 to 14.
