Nor'easter puts hundreds of Rhode Islanders back in the dark after Sandy

The Nor'easter that swept through New England Tuesday brought snow, wind, and rain. The wind and rain is dying down, but not before causing power outages across Rhode Island.

National Grid crews will be working throughout the day to restore power to nearly 700 customers. Most of the outages are in Providence and Washington Counties.
