As a result of a recent billion-dollar settlement against manufacturers of LCD screens, eligible consumers and businesses in RI may be entitled to $25, $100, $200, or even more depending on the number of LCD screened televisions, laptops, and monitors purchased between 1999 and 2006.
Attorney General Kilmartin states "Consumers and businesses may be eligible to receive a considerable amount of money as a result of this settlement. I encourage you to file your claim before the December 6th deadline."
The claims process is relatively simple, and consists of only a few questions, which can be found here at www.lcdclass.com.
