Rhode Island's Very Own Miss Universe

Many Rhode Islanders were glued to their TV sets tonight as Miss USA Olivia Culpo wins the title of Miss Universe.

The 20-year old beauty queen from Cranston, RI beat Miss Philippines to win the title, as Miss Venezuela came in third place.

Culpo was given the crown from former Miss Universe 2011 Leila Lopes of Angola.
