Parents relieved to see Fall River Officers in front of schools

     Parents with children at the Samuel Watson elementary school in Fall River were all smiles after seeing an officer in front of the  school.Officers stationed at the school, giving a major sigh of relief for parents, who, after the Sandy Hook tragedy, got their own brief scare at another Fall River school this week One parent says."It's a scary thing but I feel relieved, that's why we came out to meet the officer" Another Mother says"I know my children will be taken care of when they walk into the building every single day".Mayor Flanagan telling ABC6 , officers will be in front of the school all day and everyday until further notice.The Fall River herald reports that it will cost the city 2500 dollars a day to keep officers in front of the schools. Parents,  are appreciative, no matter what the cost,having a feeling of assurance their children will come back home to them.
