Baby found in dollar store, mother charged

The mother of a baby found inside a dollar tree store in Cranston, has been arrested. The one-year-old was found alone at the store at the Cranston Parkade. When police got there, the boy was breathing, but lethargic.

They brought him to the hospital, and a little later, a woman showed up at the police station to report her baby was missing.

The mother is now charged with child neglect and will be arraigned Today.
