RI sex offender arrested and charged in Mass.

A Rhode Island man out on bail on child pornography charges has been arrested in Dartmouth Mass., for allegedly violating terms of his bail.

21-year-old Dylan Harris was arraigned on charges in New Bedford District Court.

He was arrested after Dartmouth police received several complaints about a homeless man who was frequenting several local areas.
