PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Police have not yet made any arrests after a man was shot in the arm in Providence early Saturday morning.
Police say around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, they were called to Wendell Street where they found a 21 year-old man who had been shot in the arm. According to Providence police detectives, Sereyath Phan and a few of his friends were standing on the sidewalk when a car pulled up, shot at them, and sped off.
Phan's injuries are non life-threatening, according to police.
Police did not comment if they had any suspects, and they still piecing together what led up to the shooting.
